Get to know the leadership team behind 7PM,
Carl Brazley, an award-winning entrepreneur, has spent 30 years as a visionary leader across multiple disciplines. In 2017, he launched 7PM Group, an MBE-certified firm specializing in diversity consulting, project management, and strategic sourcing for the construction industry.
With decades of experience in marketing and communications, Carl founded Mo' Better Marketing LLC in 1995 and expanded his footprint by acquiring New West LLC in 2012. Before Mo' Better, he co-owned a successful architectural and engineering firm.
A former professional football player in the NFL and CFL, Carl leverages his sports, media, and entertainment connections to produce impactful campaigns, ventures, and events for clients ranging from small businesses to large public companies.
Carl, a Louisville native, holds a bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University and an Executive MBA from the University of Miami. He serves on various boards and community groups focused on youth advancement, small and minority-owned businesses, education, and charitable outreach. A sought-after keynote speaker and presenter, Carl's leadership extends to the University of Louisville President's Council, First Baptist Church of Jeffersontown Deacon Board, and Waste Management District 109 Board.
Vincel Anthony, a seasoned diversity leader, brings over 15 years of experience as a Senior Diversity & Business Development Consultant to his role as President of 7PM Group. Recognized by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) with numerous awards, including the 2016 TriState MSDC Large MBE Firm of the Year and 2015 Southern Indiana MBE Firm of the Year, Vincel serves on the Tri-State Minority Supplier Diversity Council's Board of Advisors.
With a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, Vincel has collaborated with various regional MSDCs and is a member of the NAACP and Western Kentucky University Alumni & Hall of Fame Board of Directors. He actively mentors youth and serves the community through his involvement with Bates Memorial Baptist Church's Men's Council and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
Beyond his diversity expertise, Vincel is a sought-after IT professional with over 25 years of executive business development experience, having worked for United Parcel Service Inc., Cadre IT Security, and V-Soft Consulting. His career also includes 20 years in construction and real estate, previously serving as VP of Sales and Marketing and Partner at Rafiki Group LLC.
A former WKU football player and free agent with the Denver Broncos, this Louisville native holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University and an M.S. in Information Technology from Trinity Southern University.
